The location was GREAT. It was surrounded by nightlife, restaurants and shops. The decoration was funky and cute. It felt better than staying at a regular hotel.

The lack of air conditioning made the room HOT. It got oppressively hot throughout the day. The kitchenette only stocked 2 sachets of Nescafé coffee and no sugar. I did not find sugar.

Basic but good value

perfect location excellent value comfortable bed easy access

The room suited one person. The location proves very convenient. I found excellent value for money. The seafront is only fifteen minutes walking. Access uses combination door locks, Mark messaged me them so they were saved on the phone.

The street was noisy until very late. People screamed, sang, and ran up the road. Cars zoomed past. I would have booked a quieter place if i knew that.

Kitchen facilities exist. I observed a bath option in my room. The host provide good communication prior to the stay, confirming all access details.

Communication with the host was good. He was very responsive answering all my questions before arrival. The self-managed check-in process proves easy and convenient. This made arrival smooth.

Restaurants and shops are close to the hotel. Many pubs exist nearby. This made finding dining options simple. Live music played in the bar. This added to the atmosphere when i arrived.

The room had quirky decorations. A comfortable bed was provided. The location is perfect. I was able to street park for free just around the corner.

excessive noise no air conditioning

The room was acceptably clean, which I appreciated.

The noise from the street was excessive until late at night (it really impacted my sleep). there was no air conditioning, so the room became uncomfortably hot during the day. It was a real struggle to relax in that environment.

The room included a private bathroom. I liked that the room had kitchen facilities with a microwave. The room was also warm.

The steep stairs going up were not easy to manage.
